“Dryer took three cycles to dry anything. Turned out the vent run was almost fully blocked — a real fire hazard. They cleared it, replaced the thermostat, and showed me exactly what came out of the duct. Honest and thorough.”

Our Sub-Zero stopped cooling on a Friday afternoon with a full freezer. They were at the house in under three hours, diagnosed a failed condenser fan, had the part on the truck and were done the same visit. Saved several hundred dollars of food.

Called three companies for our Bosch dishwasher leak in Deerfield. This was the only one that gave a firm price before starting. Clean work, shoes covered, cabinet went back exactly as it was. 45-day warranty in writing.

We run a small café in the West Loop and our reach-in went down mid-service. They prioritized the call, got us cold again that evening, and came back to replace the door gaskets properly. Zero attitude, fair pricing.

Another company took a deposit and never came back. These guys showed up when they said, told me the oven control board was the issue, sourced it in two days and fixed it. Professional from the first phone call.

Family-owned and it shows. Repaired our washer in Winnetka, then told us the second appliance we asked about wasn't worth fixing instead of upselling us. That kind of honesty is why we'll keep calling them.
